Double Wall Black Pipe

Use black double wall venting pipe when you need to reduce clearances to combustibles. Double-Wall piping has a limited lifetime warranty. It is a 22-ga. black steel outer pipe with a .015", 430-alloy stainless inner liner. This double-wall construction is cooler on the outside and thus lets you reduce both wall and ceiling clearances down to 6". Double Wall Pipe is available in 6" and 8" diameters.

Note: When ordering, please be sure to allow an extra 1-1/2" for overlap wherever liner sections will be joined together.

Black Double Wall Stove Pipe Adapter

Used to securely connect double wall black stove pipe to the top of an appliance that does not have a collar on the top or out the back of the unit. The inner pipe will fit into the opening and the outer pipe will fit flush to the unit.

Used to securely connect double wall black stove pipe to the top of an appliance that has a collar that protrudes above the top or out the back. The inner pipe fits into the collar and the outer pipe fits the outside the collar.

Each piece features a double-wall steel construction tough enough to withstand frequent use and high temperatures, yet light enough to be easily transported and installed. The elbows (pictured above) can be purchased in 6" or 8" diameter. We have doublewall stove pipe elbows available in 45 and 90 degree angles. These elbows are nonadjustable.

Black Double Wall Masonry Adapter

The Masonry Adaptor mates Double-Wall Stovepipe or Doublewall Elbows directly to the Tee snout of our Stainless Steel Chimney Liner Kit.

You may need to crimp the end of the chimney liner Tee to fit it into the masonry adapter, you do this with a 5 point Crimper. The overall length is 11 3/4" - the OD of the collar is 10".

The part that actually inserts through the masonry chimney thimble is 9" long. Compatible with Double-Wall Black Stovepipe listed above.

Black Double Wall Finishing Band

This Finishing Band conceals the joints and provides a finished look. When installing Superpipe, the joints appear to be going the wrong direction with a "male-end-up" connection.

This is correct for the outer wall. The inner wall is opposite and provides a "male-end-down" connection. Use this to conceal the joint.
