Return Policy:

Rockford Supply will accept returns on undamaged unused items under these guidelines. Return must be in original box. Items should show no appearance of an attempt to install, such as scratches, dings, dents etc. Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer. A 30% restocking fee will apply to all returns. Returns must be authorized and received by Rockford no later than 10 days of the original delivery date.

Custom made to order parts are non-returnable. In addition to parts ordered from our custom shop, all shaped liners (oval, square or rectangle), shaped liner components, and chase covers are custom orders.

If you meet all of these guidelines and timelines and wish to return an item please email Rockford Supply for a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be requested via email prior to any materials being returned. Thank you for your cooperation, we appreciate your business.
