cordless stovetop fan

A Fan for All Seasons

Is your stove or fireplace hard to light? Does smoke back up into the house? Do you have a roaring fire going, but the room just doesn't seem to heat up? The solution may be simpler than you think. A well-placed fan may be all you need to solve your problem.

There are different kinds of fans for different needs. Below are some suggestions that can help you make the most of your wood stove or fireplace.

Chimney Exhaust Fan

A chimney exhaust fan helps correct draft problems in your fireplace or stove that can be caused by the wrong size flue, or other issues. It is installed at the top of the chimney, and pulls air up the flue and out.

Inline Stove Fan

An inline stove fan installs in the stove pipe, and helps draw air up the pipe and and into the flue. This can be especially helpful when lighting the stove, before the air has had a chance to heat up and create a good draft.

Self-Powered Stove Fan

A self-powered stove fan helps distribute the warm air from the stove evenly throughout the room. No cord necessary - it uses the stove's heat to create its own electricity. What could be greener than that?

Room to Room Doorway Fan

A doorway fan or vent fan helps the warm air from your stove or fireplace spread from room to room. So if you have an adjoining room that just isn't benefitting from your stove or fireplace, this may just be the solution.
