This product is brilliant and works perfectly! It was also shipped fast. I plugged it in and within minutes no more smell or cold air coming down the chimney when it isn’t being used. The extension on the plug was long enough to reach the outlet. Also, lighting the woodstove is now so easy. We plan to leave it plugged in most of the time because we have a chimney backdraft problem due to a radon mitigation solution that pulls out radon below our basement before it can enter our home. During installation, I removed the existing woodstove pipe and used a metal cutting blade in my chop saw to cut it down to size. Everything then fit together nicely.
Both the double walls had dents on the circumference but not too bad. It just will be a little tricky lining them up for stacking. Maybe packing with those rigid corners that can be inserted into the box at the last minute would help.
The locking bands probably need to be locked on to the double wall pieces instead of wound around inside the pipe. What happened with the one the came ruined was the vibration of the box shook it out of the pipe and into the bottom of the box, where it got crushed.
Otherwise, good job.
Rockford was great to work with. We got our stove much faster than we expected, given the way things are going these days. Took me a day to put it all together working solo. I don't recommend this, given the weight of this stove, but with dollies and some ingenuity, it's possible. It's even more solid of a stove than we had expected. There are a couple things I would suggest that I felt could be improved upon. 1- the ash door doesn't close against the stove fully. There is a metal tab in the back that prevents this, not sure how this is benefitial. 2- I also would have preferred an outside air intake port. This just draws air in from under the stove. We have used the oven already. And found maintaining the temperature fairly easy. The stove is remarkably efficient compared to our last one, which wasn't really that old. 10 out of 10.
The cap I received was a work of art. Whoever built it did a fantastic job. I was proud th set it atop the chimney I just built. The whole experience was 5 stars all the way. I will definitely use these guys again.

Thick walled, welded seam, stovepipe in stainless steel is built to last. Expensive but worth it. Perfect as stove pipe for a sugar shack or other high temp condition. Shipping was quick and sturdy. It arrived on perfect condition. Great stuff!
Works great, but scratches easily so try not to readjust too many times.
I ordered this and was given a 1.5-2.5 week timeframe for when I should expect it to be complete and shipped. It was at my doorstep in 4 days! Quality is top notch and cost was well below the quotes I received from local fabricators. Would highly recommend!
Arrived quickly and was exactly what was expected. This company I would order from most online companies is hit or miss.. Very pleased...
The product was well built, looks great, and easy to install. The cardboard it was shipped in was not strong enough to avoid the shippers that threw it around in their delivery trucks. Three of the corners were bent when it arrived, most likely from the delivery folks.
