eCommerce Product & Sales Support Representative

Responsibilities
- Listing new products to the website and third party marketplaces with accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing
- Managing third party marketplaces including customer inquiries, new product listings, product pricing, shipment information, and more
- Managing website product listings and
- Troubleshooting website development tickets with developers
- Creating new content for website and third party marketplaces such as articles and videos
- Assisting online customers to make purchasing decisions in a timely manner
- Following up with customers on past contact forms and quotes
- Answering customer phone calls, texts, and emails to provide order status
- Communicating effectively with suppliers and other team members
- 25-30 hours per week with overtime available during peak times (especially fall). Some time may be remote from home.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer competence (we will provide training on our systems)
- Abililty to efficiently work independently with light supervision
- Attention to detail with a commitment to quality work output
- Desire to answer customer inquiries with a positive attitude
- Ability to write new product descriptions and images with the required information customers are searching for
