The 7" x 13" x 13" deluxe hinged flat top plate with rain cap is on clearance due to some cement on the bottom side of the 13" x 13" plate. It does not meet our high quality standards for our products. The hinged rain cap mesh measures 12" x 12". This is a perfect cap for a quick chimney cleaning. Simply disengage the latch and flip the rain cap open to access the flue liner. This cap is for 7" feible chimney liner and is a crown mount plate. Fabricated from stainless steel. The Deluxe Flat Top Plate with Hinged Cap attaches to chimneys with NO clay tile exposed at the chimney top. Using masonry screws, simply screw the top plate to the brick, block, masonry chimney top. Easy and simple installation! Note: For 7" flexible chimney liners only.
