This brush has a wood core and is ideal for cleaning oval, rectangle, and square chimney liners, fireplaces and oil flues. The bristles are flexible enough to allow easy access through shaped chimney liners and fireplace dampers. If you have a stainless chimney liner, many liner warranties require the use of poly brushes instead of wire brushes. Wire brushes scratch and damage the inside of stainless liners. Not made for heavy cleaning. Select brush one size larger than largest flue dimension.
Adapter included to fit 3/8 in. thread brush rods.
