The Drolet Heritage Wood Burning Stove with Blower is a dependable and powerful heating solution designed for homeowners who want reliable performance, long burn times, and classic wood-stove styling. Built with durability and efficiency in mind, this large-capacity stove is capable of delivering impressive heat output while maintaining excellent efficiency and clean-burning performance.

One of the standout features of the Drolet Heritage is its spacious firebox, which offers approximately 2.4 cubic feet of loading volume. This generous firebox allows the stove to accommodate logs up to 20 inches in length, making it easy to load larger pieces of seasoned firewood and reduce the frequency of refueling. The larger firebox also contributes to longer burn cycles, helping the stove maintain consistent warmth for extended periods. Designed to handle larger spaces, the Heritage stove can heat areas up to approximately 2,100 square feet, producing up to 75,000 BTUs of heat output. This makes it a great option for medium to large homes, open floor plans, or cabins where strong and reliable heat is essential during colder months.

Efficiency is another strong point of this stove. The Drolet Heritage features an average efficiency rating of around 72% (HHV) with higher efficiency figures when measured using LHV standards. Combined with its low particulate emissions of around 2.3 g/h, the stove meets modern EPA emissions standards while still delivering powerful heating performance.

To help distribute heat evenly throughout your home, the stove comes equipped with a factory-installed 100 CFM blower. This blower pushes warm air away from the stove and into the room, helping the heat circulate more efficiently instead of simply rising around the unit. For added convenience, choose the blower with an optional thermal disc, which automatically activates the fan once the stove reaches operating temperature. This feature eliminates the need to manually switch the blower on and off, allowing for smoother and more efficient heat distribution.

The Heritage stove also offers practical design features that improve everyday use. It sits on a pedestal base, which not only gives the stove a sturdy and modern appearance but also raises the firebox to a comfortable loading height. Integrated into the pedestal is a convenient ash drawer, making ash removal quick and simple without the need to shovel debris out of the firebox after every burn.

Visually, the stove features a large ceramic glass viewing window that provides a clear and enjoyable view of the fire while also helping radiate additional heat into the room. The combination of its large firebox, efficient combustion system, and durable steel construction makes the Drolet Heritage a solid choice for homeowners looking for both performance and long-term reliability.

Optional Accessories

Quick Connect Thermodisc

The Quick Connect Thermodisc is a great addition when using a blower on your Heritage wood stove. The thermodisc will only activate the blower to run when the stove reaches a certain temperature. If you forget to turn the blower off before you leave the home for a few days, the thermodisc will cut power off to the blower and prevent it from running until the stove is hot again. This is a must for any wood stove with a blower.

Rigid Firescreen

The Rigid Firescreen allows you to burn wood in the insert with the door open just like an old-time fireplace. Hear the crackle of the wood, watch the flames dance around and relax by the fire on a cold winter's night. The Rigid Firescreen is easy to install and easy to remove when you are ready to load more wood. The insert should not be burning with the door open without the Firescreen.

5" Fresh Air Intake Kit

A fresh air intake is great for any stove. This will ensure the stove has the proper combustion air to run efficiently. If your home is very air tight, you would need an air intake kit. The kit comes with the intake adapter for the stove, 2 clamps and the hood register for outside. A 5" fresh air pipe is required to complete the job.

4' Insulated Flex Pipe for 5" Fresh Air Intake

The insulated flexible fresh air intake pipe is the perfect choice for adding fresh air to the stove. Measuring 4' in length and 5" diameter, this can be used for going straight out of the wall behind the stove. A fresh air intake register and the fresh air intake clamps are necessary to finish the installation. The insulation will help prevent the air intake from being cold in the room. A fresh air intake must be installed when installing the Matrix in a mobile home.
