Custom Products 📏 1-3 weeks approx.
Custom products are made to your specifications and include items such as chase covers, multi-flue caps, and custom quote products. Most Custom products ship within 1-3 weeks, depending on the material and current order volume. Contact us with your order number for a more specific timeline.

Common Questions After Placing an Order
What carrier will deliver my order?
Your order will ship one of two ways - Ground or LTL Freight. We have several warehouses across the country and it is up to the shipping department's discretion on how to ship the items in your order. The shipping department will consider box size, weight, and location to choose the best option for your order to get to you safely and as quick as possible.
I received part of my order, when is the rest of it shipping?
It is common for us to ship your order from multiple warehouses in the event we have items in stock, but at different locations. This strategy allows us to get the complete order to you as quick as possible. We will email each tracking number to you as soon as it ships.
What is your handling time for my order?
