The Drolet Escape 1800-I Wood Burning Fireplace Insert is a versatile and affordable wood insert. This affordable wood insert is a great way to update an old inefficient fireplace and provide extra warmth in the cold winter months. With a heating area of up to 2100 square ft.,
The Escape 1800-I wood insert is sure to lower your heating bills. It has a maximum operating burn time of 8 hours and provides up to 75,000 BTU's of warmth. The 2.4 cubic foot firebox can hold up to a 20" log size. The Drolet Escape 1800-I is EPA 2020 approved and has an optimal efficiency rating of 77%.
It comes standard with a blower to help push the heat across the room. Faceplates are available in standard 29" x 44", large 32" x 50" and cuttable 18 gauge 32" x 50". The stove insert was received with hidden damage, no fault of Drolet or Rockford. Things happen and it delayed the install by about a month. Eric was a tremendous help and provided excellent customer service by getting another stove to as quickly as possible. He worked hard to make it rightt to satisfy their customer. The nstall of the liner down our seventy year old 25 foot chimmney went fine and srove insert went well also. Were now enjoying heating our 2,200 square foot house with the stoves radiant heat very much.i would highly recommend Rockford Chimmney Supply
