The only slip connector in the industry that comes with a patent pending Gap Collar™ that solves the unsightly, leaky gap problem! The slip connector eliminates the nasty task of cutting pipe to the exact size. The slip connector can slide up and down a standard length pipe, increasing the length of a standard pipe from 4" up to 16". This is extremely helpful for ease of installation. Available in 6 inch, 7 inch, and 8 inch diameters.
Example: When placing the slip connector with gap collar on a 24" length of pipe, the minimum length of the pipe will 28". When fully extending the slip connector on a 24" pipe, the pipe's maximum length will be 40".
Notes: The slip connector is not a telescoping pipe, it requires standard lengths of single-wall black stove pipe to work. The slip connector can only extend the top of the pipe and can only slide up and down on the female end of the standard length pipe. The slip connector cannot extend the top of a single wall telescoping stove pipe.
