The chimney clean out door makes chimney cleaning a breeze! The Clean Out Access Door is made of cast iron and offers an optional insulation kit.
Chimney Clean Out Doors can make your chimney cleaning chores a breeze. Installing a cast iron Clean Out Door gives you handy access to the inside of your chimney for maintenance or easy cleaning as often as needed without making a big mess.
Made from cast iron with a black powder coating finish, these doors can be installed either indoors or outdoors. Available in three sizes: 8" x 8", 8" x 12" and 12" x 12". Optional insulation kits are available for the 8" x 12" and 12" x 12" sizes to help keep the chimney insulated for outdoor installations.
To open the door, simply remove the single bolt with a screwdriver. You can firmly tighten this bolt when closing the door to prevent anything from getting in through the clean out door. *Note: The Clean Out Doors are not recommended for smoke chambers.
