The DuraTech Class A Anchor Plate is used when connecting DuraTech chimney pipe to either a prefab zero clearance or a masonry fireplace. The Anchor Plate is the starter section that will mount directly to the exhaust hole of the fireplace and transition to the DuraTech Chimney Pipe. Once the Anchor Plate is mounted to the fireplaces, then you can simply start connecting the pipe sections.
Note: When using DuraTech Chimney Pipe with a pre manufactured fireplace, make sure to check with the manufacturer to ensure DuraTech chimney is approved with the appliance.
