The DuraTech Storm Collar is used to seal the gap between where the pipe comes through the roof flashing or a chimney chase cover. The Storm Collar wraps around the pipe tightly to shed the rain and snow away from the pipe. Once the Storm Collar is around the pipe tightly, you must then seal the storm collar to the pipe with a high temperature outdoor silicone.
