The DuraVent PelletVent Pro Attic Insulation Shield is used in an attic space to prevent anything from coming in contact with the PelletVent Pro Pipe. The Attic Insulation Shield will provide the necessary 1" clearance from combustible materials. The adjustable sleeve is able to adjust from 11" to 20" to account for different ceiling joist heights.

The Attic Insulation Shield is commonly installed above a ceiling support box and comes with a storm collar that will prevent anything from falling into the ceiling support box.
