Product Details
Built from durable, high-density refractory materials, these firebricks are designed to withstand temperatures up to 2,700°F, making them ideal for high-efficiency wood stoves, fireplaces, fireplace inserts, and wood-fired pizza ovens. Their superior heat resistance helps maintain consistent combustion temperatures, improving efficiency and resulting in cleaner burns.
The bricks offer high thermal shock resistance preventing the bricks from cracking during a large sudden increase or decrease in temperature. You may cut the firebricks to the proper size using a diamond blade cutting wheel. Each pack contains 3 bricks measuring 9” x 4-½” x 1-¼”. The firebricks meet ASTM medium duty grade which is standard for wood burning appliances.
Common Uses
- Relining the inside of a wood stove firebox
- Constructing wood-fired pizza ovens
- Lining the interior of a masonry fireplace
- Outdoor fireplaces
- Low-temperature ceramic kilns
