Door Overlay & Faceplate Option Details
Door Overlay
The Door Overlay is required to complete the installation of the Osburn Stratford. The Door Overlay is available in either black or brushed nickel finish. The options for the Door Overlay allow you to tailor the look of the fireplace to your liking. The Black Door Overlay give the fireplace more of a traditional appearance, while the Brushed Nickel Door Overlay give the fireplace more of a sleek and modern look. The Door Overlay easily installs to the stove with the included bolts.
Traditional Style Faceplate
The Traditional Style Faceplate offers a traditional appearance and utilizes a standard louvered grate to conceal the blower and the air circulating space. The louvers are easily removed in the event the blower needs servicing. The Faceplate measures 35.25" tall and 34.75" wide. Non-combustible facing material can come in contact with the Faceplate.
Prairie Style Faceplate
The unique design of the Prairie Style Faceplate will give the fireplace a modern, architectural appearance. The grated style mesh conceals the blower and air circulating space. The Prairie Style Faceplate is sure to enhance the aesthetics of any room. The Faceplate measures 35.25" tall and 34.75" wide. Non-combustible facing material can come in contact with the Faceplate.

Heat Shield for Surround Shelf
The Heat Shield for a surround shelf will allow you to install a combustible mantel closer to the fireplace. The Heat Shield will prevent the mantel from overheating. You can lower a mantel up to 8" lower than the installation instructions state for the mantel height above the fireplace. 4" Fresh Air Intake Register with Airtight Damper
The 4" Fresh Air Intake Register with Airtight Damper opens and closes the fresh air supply to a wood fireplace. It's simple mechanism makes it possible to close the damper tightly when the wood stove insert is not in use. This will ensure the wood fireplace is not being cooled while not in use. 6" x 25' Insulated Flex Pipe for Forced Air Distribution
If you choose to install the Forced Air Distribution Kit to the fireplace, the 6" x 25' insulated flex pipe is a great choice to route your forced air into your existing heating ducts. The insulation will help keep the air warm for better heating capabilities.
4" x 25' or 4" x 10' Insulated Flex Pipe for Fresh Air Kit
The 4" Insulated Fresh Air Intake Pipe is perfect for the longer runs necessary to draw air to the fireplace. The flexible pipe can maneuver and bend around framing of the home to pull the air from virtually anywhere outside.
Forced Air Distribution Kit 300 CFM
Are you looking to gain a bit more heating capacity out of your Osburn Stratford fireplace? The forced air distribution kit offers a powerful 300 CFM blower that forces hot air from the fireplace to other rooms in the home. Connect the distribution kit to the insulated flex duct and heat more of your home. The Forced Air Kit can heat adjacent rooms either on the same level, above the fireplace and even below the fireplace up to 50' away. The blower must be a minimum of 3' from the fireplace and there must be a minimum of 12' of insulated pipe between the blower and the air outlet register. Hot Air Gravity Distribution Kit (Traditional Style)
The Traditional Hot Air Gravity Distribution Kit allows you to heat other parts of the home directly above the Osburn Stratford fireplace. The kit includes 2 grills, 2 - 90 degree elbows and 6 steel brackets with hardware and fasteners. The minimum height of the hot air duct is 68" and the max length of the hot air ducts must not exceed 10'. The hot air ducts must maintain a 2" clearance to combustible material when passing through a wall or floor. The higher you install the grills above the fireplace the more draw and heat will be generated. 8" duct (not included) is required to complete the installation.

The Modern Hot Air Gravity Distribution Kit allows you to heat other parts of the home directly above the Osburn Stratford fireplace. The modern design is sleeker and better looking option for the air distribution. The kit includes a decorative plate, adjustable frame, heat distribution box, telescoping section and anchor plates. The minimum height of the hot air duct is 68" and the max length of the hot air ducts must not exceed 10'. Fireplace Carrying Handle Kit
The Fireplace Carrying Handle Kit makes transporting the fireplace to the install location much easier. The Handle Kit enables you to attach handles to the sides of the fireplace and gives you a better grip when lifting the fireplace.
