The SuperPro / SuperVent Wall Thimble is used to provide safe passage of the chimney pipe as it passes through a wall. The Wall Thimble can accommodate a wall thickness from 4.5 in. to 8.75 in. The black interior firestop will provide a finished look for the wall penetration and the galvanized exterior firestop will ensure the thimble is water tight.
A section of SuperPro / SuperVent chimney pipe must pass through the wall thimble and extend a minimum of 3 in. inside the living space to provide the appropriate clearance for the stove pipe The horizontal section passing through the thimble must not exceed 24 in. in length.
SuperPro and SuperVent models are compatible with each other according to the manufacturer. The 6 in. & 8 in. diameters are the SuperPro model (compatible with SuperVent). The 7 in. diameter is the SuperVent model (compatible with SuperPro).
