The Ventis HES170 Wood Burning Stove is a medium size wood burning stove capable of heating 500 to 1,800 square feet and producing up to 65,000 BTU's. The 1.9 cubic ft firebox can handle up to an 18" log and has a maximum burn time of up to 6 hours on one load of wood.
The Ventis HES170 Wood Burning Stove is an EPA certified clean burning wood stove with a low emissions rating of only 1.26 g/h and an optimum efficiency rating of 78%. The large cast iron door includes wide viewing glass that measures 17.25" x 8" so you can enjoy the beauty and warmth of the fire. The classic pedestal design will fit with any decor and will surely be the focal point in any room. The Ventis HES170 comes standard with an ash pan to easily clean out your stove. An optional blower and thermodisc are available to help push the heat across the room.
